About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
AV Sales Engineer
to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems with excellent communication and customer-facing skills. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing system design support, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated AV solutions to our clients across corporate, government, education, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their AV requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including system design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Prepare detailed BOQs, system drawings, and solution proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, project management, and procurement—to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, AV technologies, and competitive products.
Support the sales team in preparing tenders, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical assessments as required.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in AV design, integration, or technical sales.
Strong understanding of AV systems such as video conferencing, control systems, video walls, PA / BGM systems, digital signage, projection, and LED technology.
Hands‑on experience with major AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC, Logitech, Cisco, Biamp, Shure, etc.) is highly preferred.
Proven track record in supporting sales processes and closing technical deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Saudi residency / Iqama or ability to relocate to Riyadh and across KSA.
