Our bank is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated female Bank Teller to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions to our clients. Key Responsibilities :

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Promote bank products and services to customers.
Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to security procedures and protect customer information at all times.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service preferred.

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Must be fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).

Preference will be given to Saudi Arabian nationals or expats residing in Medina.

Working Conditions :

This position is open for female candidates only. The working hours will be from Sunday to Thursday (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM) and Saturday (8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM). The successful candidate will receive competitive salary packages along with other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, etc. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
