Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds
  • Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options
  • Convey and promote Dar Wa Emaar’s products in a logical manner to turn customers into success partners
  • Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.
  • Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement
  • Follow-up with customers to understand their interest level and possible apprehensions
  • Inform the customer of the financing options

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.
  • Report the status of all the open sales and recovery status to the line manager
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales in Real Estate or Banking industry
