Responsibilities
- Comply and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Meetings and Events and all other relevant company policies.
- Collaborate with respective meeting owners on the planning and execution of events (venue sourcing, program, budget, potential savings, approvals, and other requirements).
- Deliver strategic project management and execution of (off-site) internal and external events for Marketing and Sales, planning, event conceptualization and branding, and other logistics.
- Ensure complete, accurate pre-and-post meeting requirements and that all required documentation are uploaded in a timely manner.
- Handle the relevant communication with other affiliates; in charge of securing required meeting approvals.
- Maintain a systematic and accurate calendar of events and their requirements.
- Post-event tasks – meeting documentation, tracking reports, payment process & supplier evaluation.
- Ensure integrity in business when working with third parties and ensure necessary due diligence and agreements are secured.
- Responsible for the record management of relevant business records with high attention to privacy and record retention policy.
Requirements
Preferably at least 4 years in the healthcare industry.Project Management.Decision Making and Problem Solving.Ability to manage multiple projects.Planning and Organization.Customer Focus.Influence and Negotiation.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work effectively through cross-functional teams and third parties.Proven record of abiding to ethics and compliance.Seniority level
