Sales Specialist (Beauty)

The Sales Specialist should have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques, and be able to recommend and demonstrate products to customers. Sales Specialist should also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves Achieve personal and store sales targets Provide exceptional customer service Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and results-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Fluency in English and Arabic Job Details
