Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is looking for an experienced Senior Document Control (Saudi National) in KSA.
Responsibilities
- With minimum 10 years of experience in Document Control including 3-5 years PMC background
- Experience in an Aconex workflow, such as the creation of WF templates, which is one of the client requirements
- The generation of current and overdue reports from the workflows, delegates, assign / reassign, close-out of the documents, etc.
- Acting as a gatekeeper of project information and ensuring confidentiality of critical project information
- Leading document control activities and tasks and delegating to more junior team members where required
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi-functional projects
- Capable of reviewing existing operations within an organization through all project phases (processes and procedures in both office and site), assessing strengths and weaknesses and assisting in compiling a bespoke set of processes and procedures for all activities including but not limited to quality, progress, commercial matters, value, safety, design and construction
- In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures
- Mobilize people and teams to drive successful delivery, ensuring rapid mobilization and development of tailored documentation and processes relevant for the services and embedding client requirements into key documentation including brand and quality of templates and processes
- Effective in building good working relationships quickly
- Other office administration duties as requested from time to time
- Ability to work with the PMIS group in supplying necessary information to ensure any systems development meets EDMS downstream requirements
- Experience in managing information between multiple EDMS systems
- Experienced in developing workflows and requirements between multiple EDMS systems
- Ensuring that data security and quality remain at the highest standard possible
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in document control and records managementMust be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken EnglishMust have experience in SharePointExperience with ISO9000 quality requirementsPossess good knowledge in document control and management processes and standardsMature, proactive, take initiative and well organizedSystematic and able to work under pressureMeticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptlyProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Experience working with an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and SharePoint, Aconex, PMWeb, ProjectWise etc.Rewards & Benefits
