The Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the CCTV / IT distribution channel in Dammam and Easter Region. The role focuses on promoting TP‑Link’s strategic product categories, including Omada Enterprise Networking, VIGI CCTV Solutions, and Tapo Home Security.

What we are looking for?

Job Description :

Follow up on TP‑Link channel resellers’ business performance; implement channel sales strategies; ensure target achievement; and increase TP‑Link’s product share within key partners.

Collect and analyze information on products, pricing, and competitors.

Product & Solution Promotion :

Drive awareness and sales of TP‑Link’s portfolio—Consumer Networking, B2B Enterprise Solutions, Smart Home (Tapo), and CCTV (VIGI)—to achieve assigned targets.

New Partner Development :

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand regional coverage.

Reporting :

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including pipeline updates, market insights, and performance reviews for management.

Other Duties :

Support management with additional relevant tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and team success.

What Talent Do You Bring

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

• 3+ years of experience in CCTV, IT, networking, or channel sales within the Riyadh or Central Region market.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Energetic, driven and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Established customer database in the channel market and strong customer relationships.
