The role involves serving beverage products with friendly, personalized attention, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
  • Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
  • Develop understanding of beverage regions and flavor differences.
  • Greet customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and build rapport.
  • Produce consistent quality drinks even during busy times.
  • Report customer complaints to the manager.
  • Answer questions about beverages, preparation, and freshness.
  • Weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to customer orders and company guidelines.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of all beverage items, including raw products and pairing options, and demonstrate ability to produce high-quality hot beverages using various techniques.
  • Manage bar stock and control waste.
  • Ensure high hygiene standards in the work environment.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum high school education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good appearance, presentation, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of all products used, including raw ingredients, and ability to produce consistent taste and quality.
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene standards.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of motivating others.
  • Leadership qualities and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining standards.
