Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Implement construction best practices that promote efficiency and quality while minimizing risks and enhancing safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimization and effective utilization of materials and labor.
• Prepare clear and detailed project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including suppliers and subcontractors.
