Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and web Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) Analyze performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI Lead and refine SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase website traffic Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with business goals Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Monitor digital trends and emerging tools to keep LTC current and competitive Required Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools Experience creating and analyzing marketing reports Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field A passion for supporting local communities and small businesses What We Offer
