We are seeking a visionary and innovative Director of Talent & Culture to join our team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and develop future leaders through succession planning
- Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and organizational success
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity
- Manage and mentor the HR team promoting professional development and high performance standards
- Develop and oversee the department’s budget ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Act as a change agent driving cultural transformation initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategiesStrong understanding of labor and employment laws particularly in Saudi ArabiaExcellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsProficiency in HR analytics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPointStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated experience in change management and cultural transformation initiativesKnowledge of performance management systems and best practicesExperience in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsFluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plusDiversity & Inclusion
