We are looking for an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FIDIC contracts , along with solid experience in managing variations, claims, and cost control . This is a key leadership role focused on protecting the company’s commercial interests and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all contractual and commercial activities across projects.
Administer variations (VOs), claims, and contract changes .
Monitor project budgets, costs, and invoicing.
Support negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts and subcontracts.
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Coordinate with project teams on scope, delays, and cost impacts.
Prepare and maintain commercial reports and final accounts.
Lead and mentor contract administration or commercial staff.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements :

10+ years of experience in contract / commercial management.

Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract .

Proven experience with variations, claims , and budget control .

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficient in MS Office and contract management tools.

Degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field .

Professional certifications (e.g. MRICS, MCIArb) are a plus.
