This is a key strategic role, responsible for leading the post‑contract commercial management of a large‑scale, high‑profile project shaping the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all post‑contract commercial activities across multiple project components, ensuring value delivery, cost control, and contractual compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, change management , and commercial reporting .
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary commercial team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Work closely with project leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent communication and efficient contract execution.
• Provide expert advice on commercial strategy, risk management , and financial performance .
