Could you be the full-time Reliability Growth Engineer in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field of rolling stock. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You'll contribute. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the Operation & Maintenance Team, and more.

You’ll specifically focus on Ensuring the reliability of the Rolling Stock , but responsibilities may extend beyond that.

All About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. We don’t expect you to have every skill listed, but the following will help you succeed and grow in this role :

• University Degree in Engineering
• Strong RAM background, especially in Railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment, and systems.
• Technical knowledge of rolling stock maintenance and design
• Effective investigatory skills for technical investigations
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the rail environment and engineering practices
• Good coordination and communication skills
