Role Summary

The Assistant Process Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Processing Cell teams to ensure the factory consistently delivers high-quality products at the right cost and on time. The role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with GMP, PRP, and ASD standards, and manages stock accuracy, shift coordination, and operational reporting. It also focuses on achieving SQCDME KPIs, driving Optimus and best manufacturing practices, and developing a high-performing team through coaching, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Daily Operations

• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned to his area to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, and ensure housekeeping is respected (GMP & PRP standards).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account international best practices, business process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Prepare reports for his area in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
• Ensure process orders are fulfilled in the most efficient way, without interruptions, delays, stress.
• Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Ensure monthly, weekly, and daily stock counts are executed using a structured methodology, with reconciliation carried out, justified, and reported.
• Lead root cause analysis of defects and non‑conformances and apply corrective actions to improve operations processes and stock accuracy.
• Report the daily stock report to Materials Planning as per the agreed cut‑off time.
