Accounting Manager , you won’t just be managing numbers — you’ll be shaping the financial backbone that supports our rapid expansion. This role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a high-performing team while working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting Leadership : Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Financial Reporting : Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and monthly / quarterly closing activities to support data-driven decisions. Compliance & Governance : Ensure full compliance with Saudi accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT / Zakat filings, and other statutory requirements. Internal Controls : Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures that safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Team Leadership : Mentor, train, and supervise the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Growth teams to provide financial insights that support business strategies. Audit & External Relations : Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth audits and regulatory filings. Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or SOCPA) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, VAT, Zakat, and tax laws. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Proven leadership ability to build, motivate, and manage a team.
