Identify and pursue new customers in the foundry, construction, mining, oil & gas, and machinery sectors. Generate leads through market research, customer visits, exhibitions, and networking. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical and commercial requirements. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle complaints, coordinate with technical and production teams for resolutions. Business Development :
Identify and pursue new customers in relevant sectors. Generate leads and follow up to close sales. Customer Management :
Maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs. Support clients before and after sales. Quotations & Pricing :
Prepare and submit commercial offers. Negotiate pricing and terms. Sales Reporting & Coordination :
Maintain sales records and update CRM / ERP systems. Provide updates on market trends and customer feedback. Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of B2B industrial sales experience. Knowledge of steel / iron castings or industrial components is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / ERP tools. Willingness to travel locally and internationally. Additional Details :
