CONTINUOUS SANDWICH PANEL LINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor the continuous sandwich panel production line (PU / PIR / rockwool panels).
  • Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth operation during shifts.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards for thickness, density, adhesion, and finish.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations.
  • Perform minor maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.
  • Record production data, including quantities, wastage, and downtime.
  • Follow safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Assist in material handling, loading / unloading raw materials, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma / Technical diploma (preferred in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sandwich panel production or similar continuous line manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of PU / PIR foaming systems, lamination process, and panel cutting machinery.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
