Job Description
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Focus on event and banquet sales to maximize profitability.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Analysis :
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Sales Target Achievement :
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop action plans to address sales challenges and achieve goals.
Event Coordination Support :
Collaborate with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Ensure all client requirements for events and banquets are met.
Reporting and Documentation :
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
Promoting Hotel Services :
Actively promote the hotel’s services, packages, and facilities to potential clients. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Negotiation and Contract Management :
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability. Ensure all agreements align with the hotel's policies and standards.
Customer Feedback and Improvements :
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings. Propose enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.

Saudi National
Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry
