Senior Consultant

Smart City Expert – Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. We’re looking for an experienced Smart City Expert to support the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale digital transformation programs across urban environments. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to help shape sustainable, data-driven cities aligned with Vision 2030 and international smart city standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of smart city strategies integrating mobility, energy, sustainability, and citizen services.

Build financial models and ROI frameworks to justify digital investments.

Oversee end-to-end program delivery from design to execution and stakeholder alignment.

Advise on governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks for city operations.

Identify and prioritize high-impact urban use cases and mentor local teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in smart city, digital transformation, or urban innovation projects.

Proven experience in PPP models, ROI analysis, and large-scale strategy design.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of IoT, AI / ML, digital twins, and ESG / LEED frameworks.

Arabic fluency preferred; PMP, TOGAF, or Smart City certifications are a plus.
