Job description3+ years of experience in project sales within building materials. Valid Saudi driving license & transferable / valid visa. Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycle. Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills. Computer literacy and ability to use sales / CRM systems. خبرة 3 سنوات فأكثر في مبيعات المشاريع ومواد البناء. رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية + فيزا قابلة للنقل / سارية. معرفة قوية بدورة المبيعات بين الشركات (B2B). إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بمهارات تواصل قوية. إجادة استخدام الحاسب وأنظمة المبيعات / CRM. Strong negotiation & presentation skills. Excellent communication and relationship building. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. مهارات قوية في التفاوض والعرض. قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وبناء العلاقات. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف.
Responsibilities / المسؤوليات :
- Identify and follow up on project-based sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Prepare and submit quotations and technical proposals.
- Conduct site visits and track project progress.
- Meet sales targets and provide market feedback.
- البحث عن فرص مبيعات المشاريع ومتابعتها.
- بناء علاقات مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المشاريع.
- إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية وتقديمها.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية ومتابعة تقدم المشاريع.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم تقارير السوق.
