The Technical Solution Specialist provides technical and product support to sales teams, resellers, and customers throughout the sales cycle. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to define tailored solutions, participate in customer engagements, and support proposal development. Engineering expertise is applied to technology selection, design optimization, and adherence to standard processes. The position reports to the Technical Solutions Team Leader and is part of the Technical Sales Support Energy + department located in KSA and will be an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical go-to expert for sales teams and customers, guiding solution development and product selection.
• Engage directly with clients and suppliers, conducting meetings and evaluations to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support strategic growth initiatives by applying standard work processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate across functions, working with sourcing, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
