Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Floor Supervisor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment.

Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and brand guidelines
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, maintaining a customer-focused approach
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Implement and monitor health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping processes and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software

Thorough understanding of housekeeping standards and best practices

Experience in implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of local customs and culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
