to prepare and serve high-quality meals in a hotel, institutional, or industrial kitchen setting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes as per menu and standards.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation at all times.
Follow portion control, recipe guidelines, and presentation standards.
Assist in kitchen cleaning and inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum (X) years of experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or institutional kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation (HACCP preferred).
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Food Safety Level I or II Certificate preferred.
Basic knowledge of English (reading and following recipes).
