Role Overview We are seeking a
Digital Performance Manager
who will lead digital media performance and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, passion for digital marketing, and the ability to transform data into powerful marketing decisions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement digital media plans to achieve business objectives, including lead generation and sales.
Execute, monitor, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Allocate and manage budgets for various digital campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and efficiency.
Continuously optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Amazon, and TikTok for better performance and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and target the right audience segments to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Work closely with creative teams, marketing departments, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing clarity on results and future strategy.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs for digital campaigns and work towards achieving them consistently.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management (agency experience preferred).
Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta / Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Amazon.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign results and strategies clearly.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
