Key Responsibilities :

• Leading end-to-end delivery of HV / EHV projects, including substations, overhead transmission lines, and underground cable networks.
• Supervising site execution teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Ensuring compliance with client specifications, utility standards (e.g., SEC), and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with clients, engineering consultants, and government agencies for project approvals and inspections.
• Managing construction milestones, site logistics, and installation sequencing of key electrical components (e.g., GIS, transformers, protection systems).
• Preparing and review project documentation including method statements, work plans, and weekly progress reports.
• Conducting regular site visits and technical meetings to resolve execution challenges.
