Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coach located in Jeddah. The Coach will be responsible for give the class as the givein details. Daily tasks include facilitating training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, developing performance improvement plans, and monitoring client progress. The Coach will collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of service is provided.

Qualifications

• pilates expert.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop coaching and training plans
• Experience in performance monitoring and evaluation
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Coaching, Sports Science, Psychology, or related field
• Certifications in coaching or relevant areas are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
