Overview

Power Vision Limited Co. is seeking an exceptional and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships, and driving significant revenue from the power generation sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute strategic account plans to manage, retain, and expand relationships with our portfolio of key contractors, end-users, and consultants in the Riyadh market.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and strengthen high-level relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Growth : Identify and penetrate new sales opportunities within existing accounts for the sale and rental of diesel generators, associated solutions (service, spares), and upgrades.
  • Technical Consultation : Collaborate with our technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed power solutions (sizing, specifications, installation) align with client requirements.
  • Commercial Management : Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and manage all commercial aspects of key accounts to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and detailed reports on account performance and strategic opportunities to senior management.
  • Problem Resolution : Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any commercial or operational issues.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Experience : Minimum of 2–3 years of proven Key Account Management or Senior Sales experience specifically within the diesel generator industry (sales or rental).
  • Mandatory 2–3 years of account management experience within the Riyadh market.
  • Demonstrated history of retaining and growing strategic accounts, with a solid base of connections with major contractors, consultants, and end-users in Riyadh.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong working knowledge of diesel generator sets, power systems, and related technical solutions is highly preferred.
  • Skills : Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-year agreements.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Valid KSA Driving License is required.
