Job description

Responsibilities

Design and deliver interactive workshops and training sessions on topics such as personal development, leadership, teamwork, communication, and time management.

Develop comprehensive training materials including presentations, exercises, and handouts tailored to participants’ needs.

Conduct one‑on‑one or group coaching sessions to support goal achievement and skill enhancement.

Assess participants’ learning needs prior to sessions to ensure content relevance and impact.

Evaluate session outcomes and provide feedback reports with recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in coaching and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related area).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in coaching, training, or facilitation.

Professional certification in coaching or training (e.g., ICF, NLP, or equivalent) is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences in an interactive learning environment.
