Description

We are seeking an experienced Pump Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pumping systems. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair various types of pumps and pumping systems.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of pump systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine proper solutions for pump repairs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and improve pumping systems.
Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and clients.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on-site.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in pump installation, maintenance, and repair.

Strong knowledge of various pump types including centrifugal, diaphragm, and gear pumps.

Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
