Lead and mentor SAP Basis consultants; provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes to ensure optimal performance and stability for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in both development and production environments.
• Lead performance tuning, optimizations, and capacity planning for SAP databases.
• Monitor system health and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage upgrades, migrations, and patches for SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Act as a mentor and leader for junior consultants, providing knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and enhancements, evaluating and implementing best practices.
• Provide on-call support as required for SAP systems.
