Project Engineer – Equipment Performance & Operations

About Us : Strataphy delivers geothermal CAS solutions across industrial, commercial and manufacturing applications. Our systems reduce energy and CO₂ by 50%, and footprint by 30%. We are now scaling rapidly in Saudi Arabia and across MENA and seek a strong Project Engineer to support execution and operations of our installations.

Role Summary

Monitor and analyse equipment performance metering to validate system performance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead project execution and implementation of geothermal cooling and HVAC‑based systems across industrial, commercial and data centre sectors.
Oversee operations and maintenance activities to ensure system reliability, efficiency and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and run equipment performance metering, analyse data, identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate all phases of project execution : mobilization, installation, commissioning and hand‑over for geothermal / HVAC systems.

Work closely with operations & maintenance teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies, inspections and system health monitoring.

Engage with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.

Prepare project reports, status updates, as‑built documentation and performance summary reports.

Drive continuous improvement of system operations, leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance uptime, efficiency and lifecycle cost.

Support remote monitoring systems, smart IoT geo‑exchange tech, and liaise with monitoring teams for fault detection and resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or similar.

Experience in project engineering, ideally within HVAC, geothermal, industrial cooling systems or manufacturing operations.

Strong capability in equipment performance analysis, metering, commissioning and operational hand‑over.

Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑scaling environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
