BCG Vantage sits within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area and focuses on value creation through product assets, data, workshops, frameworks, and related expertise. This role involves contributing to cases, proposals, workshops, and client work, with occasional travel to serve clients onsite and understand requirements, design solutions, and develop value-driven outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path, you will :

• Contribute analysis and insights to client cases and proposals, leveraging BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain data, etc.).
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic / sector through analysis and insights for proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Help develop intellectual property and assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic / sector expertise.
• Collaborate with case teams to understand client requirements and design / develop solutions; occasionally travel to client sites as needed.
• Contribute to end-to-end transaction initiatives within BCG’s Transactions & Integrations practice, including strategic decision making in M&A, divestitures, IPOs / spinoffs, and post-merger integration.
