Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Jeddah on a fixed-term contract. With a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, this role offers the chance to take ownership of HR operations and directly support a high-impact development initiative that aligns with Vision 2030.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on payroll, employee relations, increments, and policy alignment .
• Manage employee requests and ensure compliance through government portals such as Muqeem and Qiwa .
• Work in a lean setup , giving you autonomy and visibility in a high-profile project.
• Build your career within the real estate development sector , gaining exposure to large-scale, high-value projects.
