Construction Manager

Overview

Construction Project Manager for a busy construction company in Mecca. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and be familiar with managing large-scale projects. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved budget Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other team members to ensure efficient work flow Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mecca Preferences
