Project Manager – Management Consulting

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects from opportunity assessment through project initiation, planning, execution, and final delivery. The role requires ensuring world-class results aligned with client objectives, while fostering long-term, trust-based relationships built on shared success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle : scope definition, execution plans, progress monitoring, budget control, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Analyze RFPs and develop compelling technical proposals and implementation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional consulting teams (organization design, job analysis, policies & procedures, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.).
• Establish project governance frameworks with KPIs, regular review meetings, and change-control mechanisms.
• Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve challenges proactively.
• Oversee financial claims, invoicing schedules, and coordination with finance.
• Ensure the highest quality of deliverables, exceeding client expectations and suggesting continuous improvements.
• Identify risks early and provide proactive solutions, while spotting business development opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and sustain expertise.
