Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Educate customers about coffee varieties and brewing methods to enhance their experience. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of coffee and customer service. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product offerings to enhance the menu. Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of coffee preparation and service. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency. Passionate about coffee and eager to learn more about different brewing techniques and coffee origins. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
