About the Role Juara is looking for a highly skilled

Integration Manager

to lead the integration of smart city systems and technologies in Riyadh. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless interoperability across various digital platforms, infrastructure, and services within urban development initiatives. The candidate should bring in-depth expertise in systems integration and strong stakeholder coordination capabilities within the smart city domain.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end integration of smart city solutions, including IoT, mobility, energy, safety, and sustainability platforms.

Coordinate with government entities, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure cohesive system interoperability.

Develop and implement integration strategies that align with Riyadh's digital transformation objectives.

Ensure compliance with both international and local data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure standards.

Identify and manage integration risks, ensuring alignment between design and operational systems.

Provide technical oversight during design, implementation, testing, and commissioning stages.

Deliver timely reports, technical documentation, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in smart city or large-scale urban infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of ICT, SCADA, GIS, IoT platforms, and data integration frameworks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Prior experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.
