Test Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead and support the testing team for our client. The role requires the ability to frequent travel to Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Billing : hourly rate + diet + travel expenses. Duties

Managing a team of six testers, overseeing the design and execution of test plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes across multi-platform environments. Developing comprehensive test strategies, planning and scheduling test activities, reporting on test progress, logging defects, and preparing consolidated recommendations for release readiness. Preparation of documentation and test scenarios, as well as the execution of functional, non-functional, manual, and automated tests. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership position. Nice to have : within Salesforce environments Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-platform testing initiatives from strategy to execution Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team of testers Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods to Saudi Arabia Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client representatives Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Expertise in designing test plans, preparing documentation, and executing manual, and automated tests Offer
