Role

Develop strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for our candidates.

Collaborate with a team of technologists to apply the latest artificial intelligence technology to identify the right matching applicants for each job.

Provide career coaching to women, helping them build their resumes, enhance their job search skills, and navigate the media industry job market.

Build and manage a network of contacts in HR and recruitment in the industry.

Attend monthly meetups centered around recruiting.

Offer career coaching sessions for women providing guidance on resume writing, interview prep, and professional development.

Prepare women for interviews by providing mock interviews and feedback, ensuring they present their skills and experiences effectively.

Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside passionate and experienced professionals.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment.

Passion for career coaching and working with diverse groups of individuals.

Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, employers, and partners.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Must be a woman due to the nature of the project.

Must be a Saudi Arabian citizen.

Compensation : SAR 75 / hour.
