JOB SUMMARY

As a Hematology Pathology Consultant in a top-tier hospital, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing hematological disorders through comprehensive analysis of blood samples and bone marrow. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, provide expert consultations, and ensure high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will oversee laboratory operations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to clinical research initiatives to advance the field of hematopathology. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing diagnostic accuracy and improving patient outcomes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides high-quality hematology pathology  care to patients in this area of medicine.
• Provide consultative service as requested.
• Supervise fellows, staff / assistant physicians, and residents.
• Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
• Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
• Performs special procedures as privileged.
• Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
