SENIOR HTF OPERATOR-(Heat Treatment)

Responsibilities  ;

Operate and supervise heat treatment furnaces for the processing of metal parts according to required specifications. Set and monitor furnace temperature, pressure, and time settings to ensure the proper heat treatment of materials. Review and interpret work orders and technical specifications to determine treatment processes. Inspect materials before, during, and after heat treatment to ensure they meet required hardness, strength, and durability. Maintain and calibrate heat treatment equipment, performing troubleshooting as necessary. Train and mentor junior HTF operators, ensuring they understand operational procedures and safety standards. Lead and coordinate activities to ensure efficient furnace operations and timely processing of materials. Maintain accurate logs of furnace operations, material treatments, and production records. Troubleshoot any issues with furnace operations and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.
