Role Description Lead the organization’s business development efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the KSA market, identifying new opportunities for growth and diversification.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and industry leaders, to support business objectives.

Lead a high-performing business development team, providing mentorship and direction to achieve ambitious targets.

Conduct in-depth market research to understand local trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in KSA.

Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government forums to enhance visibility and foster new business opportunities.

Report regularly to senior management on progress, pipeline, and key performance indicators relevant to the KSA market.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in the KSA or GCC region.

Deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, including familiarity with local regulations, cultural norms, and market dynamics.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results in a multicultural setting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Existing network of contacts within KSA’s public and private sectors is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government-related projects or large-scale initiatives in KSA and GCC market.

Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on various industries.

Familiarity with business excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM) is a plus.
