We are currently seeking a Allrounder to join our vibrant team. Room Attendant / Bellboy At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a versatile team member, you bring a multifaceted approach, blending efficiency, adaptability, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Your all-around skills contribute to the seamless operation of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

• Support rooms-based functions : front office, reservations, guest services, and housekeeping.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out for a warm and efficient welcome and farewell.
• Proactively respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with housekeeping for immaculate guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with room reservations, ensuring accurate data entry in the management system.
• Support special guest requests, going the extra mile for memorable experiences.
• Demonstrate flexibility to excel in various roles within the Rooms Division Department.
• Uphold health, safety, and security standards for a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
