Responsibilities
Supervise, Mentor and motivate relationship mangers / senior relationship mangers on order to achieve sited goals, managing all aspects of credit analysis, Handling relations with micro & small Business customers, managing relationships and providing advice and conducted credit proposals including risk analysis, applications of financials information and sector analysis…etc. Managing all aspects of cash management and trade finance systems (i.e. E-Trade & E-corporate). Managing all aspects of FI department. Ensure MSB Sales receive the most adequate training and manage their professional career path Discussing and resolving problems Set adequate objectives to each MSB Sales and evaluate their performance accordingly Manage the flow of day-to-day operation Managing a diverse portfolio of micro & small Business to increase the relation with the bank Analyzing current portfolio, organize it and assign it to MSB Sales Validate referrals from SME BRs / SOs / PB RMs and assign them to dedicated MSB Sales Meets potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development. Makes frequent visits to clients' offices to establish strong relationships and keep track of developments.
