At San International Group , we’re not just building fashion brands, we’re shaping experiences. As a Snapchat Performance Marketing Specialist , you’ll own the full funnel of Snapchat advertising, driving measurable growth for our fashion & lifestyle portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns using Snapchat Ads Manager. Utilize advanced tools ( Snap Pixel, Audience Match, Conversions API ) for accurate tracking. Deep knowledge in building full-funnel Snapchat campaigns, with strong skills in analyzing results and optimizing for both short-term and long-term performance.
- Audience Targeting & Dynamic Content : Build precise audience segments (custom, lookalike, retargeting). Leverage Snap Lifestyle Categories & Demographics for relevant targeting. Run Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) connected with San’s weekly product catalog in D365. Personalize messaging by region, gender, browsing behavior, and purchase category.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Monitor KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Swipe-Up Rate, and Engagement Depth . Deliver weekly / monthly reports directly linking Snapchat results to sales (online & offline). Apply Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) for holistic performance measurement.
- Creative Optimization & Innovation : Conduct A / B testing on creatives (visuals, AR Lenses, filters). Manage diverse ad formats ( Story Ads, Collection Ads, Dynamic Ads, AR Shopping ). Test Story Sequencing to create compelling multi-step narratives. Collaborate with San’s creative studio to produce engaging short-form content tailored to Snapchat users.
- Budget & Bidding Strategy : Efficiently manage budgets between Always-On campaigns and Seasonal bursts (e.g., National Day, Ramadan, product launches). Optimize bidding strategies (Auto-Bid, Target CPA, Target ROAS). Build smart audience strategies (custom, lookalike, retargeting) to maximize ROAS
- Experimentation & Continuous Improvement : Establish a Test & Learn Framework to evaluate new formats, creatives, and strategies. Conduct Incrementality Lift studies to measure Snapchat’s real incremental sales impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams handling Google, Meta, and TikTok performance marketing to minimize duplication and align attribution. Partner with E-commerce and Brand teams to connect emotional brand campaigns with performance-driven objectives. Provide management with market insights and Gen Z behavior trends (e.g., AR adoption, content engagement). Collaborate with content, creative studio, and other platform specialists (Meta, Google, TikTok) to ensure aligned strategy. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Snapchat account managers and build strong relationships that facilitate smoother operations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of proven experience in Snapchat Performance Marketing .Strong record in managing large budgets with consistent 5x+ ROAS .Proficiency with measurement tools ( Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust ).Deep understanding of Saudi & GCC consumer behavior on Snapchat.Data-driven mindset, with experience in fast-fashion and lifestyle retail .Why Join San?
