This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant in Jeddah. The Accountant will be a key part of our team, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at not only managing financial records but also providing strategic financial insights to management. In addition to traditional accounting duties, this role also involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling inventory management and conducting market analysis to support business decisions. Qualifications
We're looking for a highly skilled professional who can bring a wide range of abilities to our team. Strong financial accounting skills including bookkeeping, ledger management, and preparing comprehensive financial statements. Expertise in taxation, with a solid understanding of local regulations. Proficiency in auditing and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Experience with a variety of software tools for accounting, reporting, and financial statement creation. Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. While a university degree in accounting or a related field is essential, candidates with additional certifications in finance, management, or technology are highly preferred.
