Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the Workplace function budget, including annual planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Manage the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process end‑to‑end, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value for money.
Lead cost control, forecasting, and accrual processes across workplace operations, real estate, and supplier contracts.
Collaborate closely with the Supply Partner lead to optimize spend, service value, and commercial outcomes across supplier agreements.
Work with real estate and leasing teams to ensure financially efficient and effective utilization of space and assets.
Leverage SAP tools (Ariba, Fiori) and other financial systems to enhance transparency, accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed, data‑driven decision‑making.
Analyze budget performance and develop strategies to drive accountability for overspend across business units impacting Workplace costs.
Benchmark Qiddiya cost structure against industry peers and identify opportunities to achieve or exceed best‑in‑class cost efficiency.
Support continuous improvement in workplace fiscal management by enhancing governance, transparency, and operational value‑for‑money outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or commercial finance within large‑scale or complex organizations, preferably in real estate, corporate services, or workplace operations.
