Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver client strategy.
- Pivots focus and priorities based on new information while steering toward end goals.
- Build robust relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Flex communication style for each client.
- Actively listen to stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Protect and grow MiQ’s key accounts.
- Ensure all relevant assets and materials for campaign setup are gathered.
- Drive up‑weights and new opportunities across your team and portfolio.
- Maintain re‑bookings and forecasting accuracy where applicable.
- Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
- Maintain regular communication with all accounts, including scheduling and hosting meetings.
- Maintain account strategy books across all key accounts.
- Learn new platforms or technologies as needed.
- Connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients.
- Recognise patterns and points of differentiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, clients and team.
- Work with Trading lead and Client Partners for seamless relationships.
- Challenge internal / external stakeholders’ ideas respectfully.
- Build an internal and industry network.
- Drive innovation with novel approaches and improvement of new ideas.
- Take calculated risks to push MiQ solutions to clients.
- Learn and provide feedback to improve performance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in an advertising / media agency (or similar).Client‑facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services / Sales Support / Ad‑Ops background).Demonstrable experience retaining and growing key accounts.Skills
High level of organisation, attention to detail and technical capability.Proactive, solution‑oriented ‘can‑do' attitude.Excellent communication skills and ability to brief and engage various teams.Strategic commercial approach to clients.Alignment with MiQ’s core values and culture.Values
