Talent Management Specialist

Provides smooth and efficient administrative support to the talent management Function. Facilitating all talent cycle activities and responsible for employee development plans. Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Such as Trainings, Roll outs, events, etc). Manage the development and distribution of internal communications & Events to increase employee engagement in collaboration with the various functions. Coordinate the logistics of planning and execution of learning & development programs to ensure employees are adequately equipped to perform their job duties. Support with the implementation of all talent development frameworks and initiatives for HWBC in line with strategic needs and objectives, including but not limited to a competency framework, performance management, career paths, and succession planning to support the continuous development of talent. Support with the development of the yearly training plan for HWBC in coordination with the various functions across regions to ensure the courses are applicable in an effective, efficient way and in line with business needs. Coordinate the proper implementation of a training & development scheme for HWBC in line with leading practices as well as applicable laws and regulations, with the aim to maintain and retain talent.
